A booking is considered confirmed only after:

  • Confirmation shared by WeekendsStay via email, WhatsApp, or SMS.


2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation rules may vary depending on the specific cottage or resort. The applicable cancellation policy will be shared at the time of booking.


3. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed after verification with the respective cottage or resort owner

  • Refund amount (if applicable) will be credited to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 7–10 working days, depending on banks or payment gateways


4. Non-Refundable Bookings

Some cottages or resorts may offer non-refundable or special-price bookings.
In such cases:

  • No refunds will be applicable

  • This will be clearly informed during booking


5. Modification of Booking

Booking modifications (date changes, guest count, room changes) are:

  • Subject to availability

  • Subject to the property’s individual policy

  • May involve additional charges or fare differences


6. Early Check-Out

No refunds will be provided for:

  • Early check-outs

  • Unused nights or services


7. Force Majeure

No refunds will be applicable for cancellations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Pandemics

  • Acts of God

Refunds, if any, will be subject to the property owner’s discretion.


8. Service Charges

  • Platform convenience fees, transaction charges, and payment gateway fees are non-refundable

  • These charges are independent of the property’s refund decision


9. Refund Disputes

In case of disputes:

  • WeekendsStay will coordinate between the guest and the property owner

  • Final refund eligibility will be as per the confirmed policy shared at the time of booking
