  • Payments, if enabled, are processed through secure third-party payment gateways

  • WeekendsStay does not store card or banking details

5. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellation and refund policies vary by property

  • The applicable policy will be shared at the time of booking

  • Platform convenience fees and payment gateway charges are non-refundable

  • Refund timelines typically range between 7–10 working days, subject to bank processing

  • Maintain respectful behavior toward property staff and owners

  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may involve additional charges

9. Limitation of Liability

WeekendsStay shall not be liable for:

  • Service quality issues during your stay

  • Property-specific disputes or misconduct

  • Loss of personal belongings

  • Delays or cancellations due to weather, government restrictions, or force majeure events

Our role is limited to booking coordination and customer support facilitation.

WeekendsStay is not responsible for failure or delay in services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:
